When working with other members it may be helpful to use these sample agreements to legally protect your company.  Please note that ASN is not legally responsible for any problems that may arise between members.  ASN does have the right to cancel a membership if a member is found trying to take business from another member, without a refund.  We take this very seriously.  You may download these sample agreements and make changes as needed.
